Join us in exploring Mackay’s rich Art Deco heritage as we uncover the buildings, people, and businesses that shaped our Sugar City in the early 20th century.

We’ll meet at Bluewater Quay on Saturday morning,10am, before heading off on a relaxed walking tour through the city.

Along the way, you’ll discover buildings rich in historical significance and learn more about Mackay’s architectural story — including some hidden details you may have walked past many times without noticing.

Tickets are $15 per person and you can book and pay on the day.
